Job summary

The Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches Inc is seeking a Director of Executive Operations to support the CEO, board chair, and senior leadership. This role blends executive assistance, governance coordination, and project management to keep the CEO’s office organized and to advance strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing meeting materials, coordinating committees, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support, nonprofit administration, board relations, governance operations, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, meetings, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar and meeting logistics.
• Draft and organize board materials, agendas, and communications.
