Job summary

The Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches is seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead administrative systems, facilities, and procurement across multiple campuses. You will work closely with the CFO to ensure financial discipline and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and CRM expertise, plus experience with audits, vendor management, and insurance renewals in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Proven leadership and project management experience in a nonprofit setting.
• Experience managing contracts, procurement and compliance programs.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and various business applications.
• Experience supporting annual audits and insurance renewals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations, facilities, security coordination, and procurement.
• Monitor budgets, controls, and vendor performance with the CFO.
• Lead contract reviews, renewals, and templates; manage supplier onboarding.
• Coordinate CRM oversight, data quality, reporting, and system improvements.
• Support capital projects, asset records, and insurance processes.
