Job summary

The Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches in Palm Beach Gardens, FL seeks a Director of Business Operations to lead administrative, facilities, and financial processes. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee procurement, risk management, contracts, CRM, and technology coordination across campuses.

This full-time exempt role requires a Bachelor's (Master's preferred), demonstrated leadership, project management experience, and knowledge of nonprofit operations and Jewish culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience managing contracts, procurement, and operational compliance.
• Knowledge of Jewish culture, traditions and celebrations.
• Strong financial or accounting background and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, operational, and facilities functions across campuses.
• Manage procurement, vendor onboarding, evaluations, and compliance with budgets.
• Lead contract review, renewals, and templates with CFO and legal as needed.
• Administer CRM platform and ensure data quality and reporting.
• Coordinate insurance, audits, and risk management activities.
• Supervise the Financial & CRM Analyst and oversee CRM data workflows.
