Job summary

Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches seeks a Director of Executive Operations to support the CEO, Board Chair, and senior leadership. This role blends executive assistance, governance coordination, and project management to move high-priority initiatives from discussion to action.

You will manage the CEO’s calendar, prepare materials, draft communications, coordinate board meetings, track follow-ups, and liaise with donors and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of executive support or nonprofit administration.
• Experience supporting CEO or board of directors preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities.
• Prepare meeting materials, briefing notes, and agendas.
• Draft, edit, and proofread high-level communications for the CEO/Board.
• Coordinate board meetings, minutes, and governance materials.
