Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• PowerPoint, word, excel, and ChatGPT / copilot expertise
• Ability to independently manage vendor relationships and vendor processes
• Ability to perform duties independently
• Ability to lift items up to 25lbs.
• This role travels between headquarters and branch locations to ensure that vendors and others are escorted as needed. 25% of this role includes travel or working from a branch location.
• Working knowledge of organization's policies/procedures and credit union's service philosophy.
• Working knowledge of various Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office packages, i.e., Word, Excel, etc.
• Must be able to follow directions concisely.
• Rabid curiosity and ability to research and find answers independently.

Responsibilities

• Create executive level PowerPoint presentations and other materials using AI and digital tools.
• Coordinate board level minutes and materials.
• Independently manage facilities and liaise with vendors and HQ building management.
• Coordinate testing of building systems and maintenance schedules.
• Oversee procurement for HQ and branches including office supplies and toner inventory.
• Maintain kitchen stock and office supplies in HQ.
• Daily mail processing and package handling.
• Travel 25% between HQ and branches.
