Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general clerical/office experience.
• Ability to learn credit union documentation and policies.
• Onsite role with frequent collaboration across locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HQ facilities and vendor relationships for on-site activities.
• Prepare executive correspondence, meeting minutes, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Oversee procurement, mail room logistics, and branch procurement orders.
• Manage building system tests and security system maintenance schedules.
• Escort vendors and ensure proper access to HQ and branches.
• Maintain kitchen stock and office supplies; manage toner inventory.
• Daily mail handling and processing for incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Travel between HQ and branches; approx. 25% of time.
