Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking an Operations Administrator to directly support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). You will manage the CISO’s calendar, arrange meetings, prepare briefing materials, and coordinate with senior leaders and partners.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of executive support experience, advanced MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance and onsite work four days per week are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of executive support or professional administrative office experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with ability to create high-quality presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage calendars and travel.
• Discretion, confidentiality, ability to handle sensitive information.
• Willingness to work onsite 4 days per week and obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted operational advisor to the CISO and manage cross-functional coordination.
• Manage the CISO calendar, meetings, travel, and related logistics.
• Prepare and refine briefing materials, memos, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with senior Laboratory Leadership, Federal partners, and other officials.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, track actions, and follow through on decisions.
• Support organizational governance, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
