Job summary

CACI is seeking a Task Order Manager to lead the DSS HQ IT enterprise support teams under the CISO directorate, coordinating with DHS stakeholders to meet mission requirements and SLAs. You’ll oversee NOC, Security Engineering, and ISSO teams across classified and unclassified environments, ensuring secure, resilient operations.

You will drive ITIL-based service delivery, staffing plans, and performance metrics, while guiding transitions, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain DHS Entrance on Duty and Top-Secret with SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification and ITIL best practices.
• Proven leadership of teams delivering mission-critical IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management for the CISO Task Order.
• Coordinate with DHS stakeholders overseeing Security Engineering, NOC, and ISSO.
• Direct IT, cybersecurity, and project efforts across classified and unclassified environments.
• Ensure IT service management using ITIL processes aligned to DHS governance.
• Develop staffing plans and manage surge demands for cleared personnel.
• Monitor DHS SLAs, manage risks, and drive process improvements.
• Lead transitions and knowledge transfer to maintain continuity of secure services.
• Oversee end-user training and documentation for security tools and policies.
• Respond rapidly to incidents with escalation and corrective actions.
