Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking an Operations Administrator to directly support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). You will manage calendars, coordinate with senior leadership and government partners, prepare communications, and oversee travel and meeting logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of executive support or professional administrative office experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create professional slide presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Availability to work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week with core hours 8:30–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted operational advisor to the CISO, identifying issues and resolving cross-functional barriers.
• Manage CISO calendar, meetings, and engagements; coordinate with Laboratory leadership and government partners.
• Draft and finalize internal/external communications; manage travel arrangements and logistics.
• Prepare materials for governance meetings; develop briefs, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
