Johnson & Johnson in the Worcester, MA area is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Specialist, Solid Tumor, Urology to support customers in Worcester and surrounding towns. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and requires proven pharma/biotech sales experience and the ability to travel.

You will develop account strategies, discuss reimbursement options, and close orders to hit sales objectives while upholding Janssen's ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recent Active-Duty Military transition.
• Experience in hospital and large account sales with reimbursement handling.
• Willingness to satisfy credentialing requirements and annual background checks.
• Residents of the geography or willingness to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Sell current and potential oncology therapeutics to achieve sales objectives.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate value propositions.
• Develop account strategies and call plans with the District Manager.
• Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to grow sales.
• Apply marketing tools and close sales to the next step.
• Discuss reimbursement options to improve opportunities.
