• Collaborate with J&J Oncology field teams to build relationships with key stakeholders in community accounts.
• Approach customers from a total account management perspective, leveraging resources and articulating value proposition.
• Educate and train account staff on approved resources to support patient care and transitions between sites of care.
• Provide SME input on economic value assessments and cost of care considerations affecting utilization.
• Explain patient affordability programs and assist account staff with access issues.
• Partner with OS and OCE teams to ensure staff are trained on product use, dosing, monitoring, and adverse event management.
• Coordinate with commercial field teams on payer landscape, economics, and reimbursement strategies.
