Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Allentown, Philadelphia, and Atlantic City markets. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on selling current and potential oncology therapeutics while delivering value to customers.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of pharmaceutical or related sales experience, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel (overnights/weekends).
• Minimum 2 years pharma/biotech/medical device sales experience or recent Active Duty transition.
• Reside in territory or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products' clinical efficacy and provide clinical support/information to achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis and actively prospect for new business within accounts; call plan with District Manager.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize all company-approved marketing tools and resources; close deals to move to next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales objectives.
