Job summary

andCo Hospitality's The Fold and Legacy Vacation Resort in Steamboat Springs, CO, seeks an Area Operations Manager to lead daily operations across two properties, unifying Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance and shuttle services to deliver consistent execution and guest satisfaction.

You will coach teams, manage budgets, forecasts, labor, inventory and safety, protect assets, and ensure brand standards while improving profitability.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hospitality operations experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and shuttle operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation across two resorts, aligning standards and driving guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teams, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts, labor planning, inventory, and safety to protect assets and financial performance.
