Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage highly complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings and coordinating with other assistants.
  • Serve as gatekeeper and primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings and calls across multiple stakeholders with shifting priorities.
  • Arrange and manage intensive domestic and international travel and prepare travel packets.
  • Provide detailed itineraries and ensure travel logistics are planned and executed.
  • Prepare, review, and submit complex expense reports with high accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Support a wide range of ad hoc and special projects.

Executive Assistant Role

Provide high‑level administrative support to the Co‑Chief Investment Officer of Blackstone.

Responsibilities
  • Manage highly complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, confirming appointments, and coordinating with other assistants for seamless business coordination.
  • Serve as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings and calls across multiple stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to frequent changes and shifting priorities.
  • Arrange and manage intensive domestic and international travel, maintain detailed travel spreadsheets, and prepare comprehensive trip packets.
  • Provide detailed itineraries and ensure all travel logistics are planned, communicated, and executed flawlessly.
  • Prepare, review, and submit complex expense reports with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
  • Support a wide range of ad hoc and special projects as needed.

Compensation

Expected annual base salary range: $120,000 – $165,000. Salary within that range is determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles located outside the US, the salary bands listed are not applicable.
