Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Manager to provide strategic, administrative, and operational leadership for the Executive Office. You will report to the VP of Board Relations & Executive Office Operations, serving as the operational anchor for the division and overseeing high-level executive meetings.

The role requires highly organized, independent leadership with proven experience in cross-functional alignment and executive content synthesis.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in executive operations or complex program management.
Demonstrated ability to interface with C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
Healthcare or health insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize the CEO engagement tracking and briefing process to ensure timely, high-quality materials.
Facilitate high-level executive meetings, manage agendas, content, dashboards, and provide coaching to presenters.
Oversee division operations, budget, KPIs, and Business Continuity planning; liaison across the organization.
Support Board Governance with governance activities and board materials, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Champion culture, AI adoption, and process improvements within the Executive Office.
Lead highly complex, ad-hoc special projects with autonomy.
