  • Oversee office-related purchasing, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, monitor vendor performance, and ensure cost-effective practices.
  • Support HR with onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking, and system troubleshooting.
  • Implement and improve administrative systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Assist leadership with executive meetings, travel logistics, and business optimization initiatives.
  • Manage administrative technology requirements, including devices, software, and virtual tools.
  • Maintain records of technology assets and ensure employees have necessary tools.
  • Represent the company professionally with employees, vendors, and external partners.
