Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources in Naples, FL seeks an Executive Assistant to support a high-level executive. The role is in-office, five days a week, with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to respond to emails, coordinate meetings, and work well within a team. Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of EA experience are required. Immediate start for unemployed candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to ensure efficient time management.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare accurate and timely expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Screen, prioritize, and route incoming communications, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate escalation when needed.
