This remote role serves as the primary liaison, coordinating internal and external meetings with organizational leadership.

You will support board activities, communications, and ensure timely decisions with discretion in a fast-paced environment. Requires 6–8+ years experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including supporting senior leadership or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; background in public policy or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., MS Office) and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of the President & CEO’s schedule, travel, and high-visibility events.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, track decisions and action items, and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Support board coordination, agendas, materials, and meeting follow-ups.
  • Oversee project coordination and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
