Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state or eligible to obtain.
• Prior Administrator or senior leadership experience in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations.

This position is ideal for a strong operational leader who understands long-term care, values compliance and structure, and can lead teams with clarity and consistency.
