This role emphasizes engagement, collaboration, and strong community relations, with responsibilities spanning financial oversight, policy adherence, and staff development to support outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of administrative management techniques and supervisory practices.
• Working knowledge of government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and provide high-quality care.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
