The administrator will oversee admissions, billing, payroll, and community relations while ensuring staff development and audit readiness in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and standards and ability to manage the state and federal survey process.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Operations: Ensure smooth operation aligning with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and Develop Staff: Recruit, orient, train, and retain competent staff in a positive environment.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Implement policies meeting state and federal guidelines, survey and audit readiness.
• Manage Business Operations: Oversee admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial aspects.
• Drive Community Relations: Represent the facility in the community with strong public relations and marketing efforts.
• Enhance Resident Services: Ensure therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs meet resident needs.
• Maintain a Safe and Comfortable Environment: Ensure nutritional, medical, and wellness needs are met in a caring setting.
