• Manage Resident Managers, staff, and leasing teams, setting goals and schedules.
• Oversee property maintenance, construction, and capital improvements with vendors.
• Ensure compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting in line with GAAP.
• Lead recruitment and develop a cohesive team; ensure on-site presence.
