Job summary

Chief Executives Organization seeks a part-time Membership Engagement Manager – Temp to plan, coordinate, and execute CEO membership events, delivering high-touch experiences for members, spouses/partners, and hosts. You will manage relationships with members, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and oversee the Membership Engagement Coordinator.

The initial term runs mid-January 2027 through late-May 2027, requiring 16–28 hours per week with in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays and remaining hours

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event management experience.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract review skills.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Finalize and execute approximately 10 cocktail parties and dinners.
• Support advance planning with hosts, venues, and logistics.
• Serve as primary staff contact for member hosts during planning.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate event communications and registration in Salesforce.
• Oversee printing and shipping of event materials.
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts per CEO policies.
• Coordinate inclusion of prospective members with the Membership Manager.
• Ensure accurate event information across CEO channels.
