Hilton Albany is seeking an Executive Meetings Manager to lead group and corporate sales, focusing on the corporate, incentive and group segments. The role requires strong leadership, prospecting, and account management to meet revenue goals.

You will manage accounts for rooms, catering and venue rental, coordinate with other departments, and participate in trade shows to maintain visibility. A Bachelor’s degree and hospitality sales experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• At least two years of sales experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, late evenings and holidays.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and meet revenue goals in rooms, food & beverage, and venue rental.
• Solicit new group sales accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Sell all facets of the hotel to previous, current and potential clients.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure high quality service for group events.
