Job summary

Overton Hotel & Conference Center is seeking an Executive Meetings Manager to coordinate small to mid-sized group meetings from booking through execution. You will be the main client contact, ensuring seamless communication across hotel departments and attention to detail to deliver exceptional service.

You will build relationships with clients and third parties, manage short-term group bookings, and prepare contracts, group resumes, and BEOs.

Qualifications

• College degree or hotel experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar or related role.
• Certifications related to hospitality may be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage small to mid-sized group meetings from booking to execution.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure details are communicated across hotel departments.
• Create contracts, group resumes, and BEOs; maintain accurate group rooming lists.
