Job summary

HVMG is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to coordinate small to mid-sized group meetings from booking to execution. You’ll serve as the primary client contact and ensure details are communicated across hotel departments.

You’ll build relationships with clients and third parties, manage contracts and BEOs, and learn all facets of sales, catering, CS, and hotel operations, paving the way for future advancement.

Qualifications

• College degree or two years of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• Certifications may be considered

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations to generate short-term business for the hotel.
• Book and detail small group business; oversee group rooming lists; create contracts, group resumes, and BEOs.
• Report to the Director of Sales and support departmental objectives.
• This role offers a path to higher sales roles and broader hotel operations exposure.
