The team provides valuation services to a growing client base expanding into new markets, with opportunities to excel and advance within a supportive, high-responsibility setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, accounting or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Real Estate Valuation or Consulting including valuations for financial reporting (ASC 805/820).
• Certified General real estate appraiser license; MAI designation in progress.

Responsibilities

• Be the lead professional on real estate valuation and advisory engagements and overall engagement management.
• Participate in and drive business development through internal and external channels.
• Manage day-to-day activities of staff and communicate with clients to foster relationships.
• Identify and assist with pursuing key clients and targets.
• Develop real estate valuations using discounted cash flows (ARGUS and Excel), direct capitalization, and other methods.
• Assist with marketing and Baker Tilly’s quarterly real estate update.
