You will drive growth through targeted business development, manage complex transactions with a small cohesive team, and advise C-suite clients on strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Senior executive or MD-level experience in leading sell-side and buy-side engagements within the I&M sector.
Extensive transaction experience in M&A, capital raises, and financial advisory.
Exceptional communication and leadership across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Source and originate I&M engagement opportunities to grow client base.
Lead transactions from inception to close with a small, collaborative team.
Develop industry strategies and coordinate with leadership for successful outcomes.
Mentor and develop team members to deepen I&M capabilities.
