Gilman Partners is seeking a Director to lead its Manufacturing Practice from the corporate office in Cincinnati. You will own strategy, business development, and performance, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and coaching a team of search professionals.

You will drive client relationships, manage end-to-end searches, and ensure disciplined, high-quality execution while maintaining hands-on involvement in every placement.

Formación

• Twenty+ years of experience in recruiting, with success leading complex executive search engagements.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and leadership challenges.
• Proven ability to develop repeat client relationships and lead business development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Manufacturing Practice with strategic priorities, KPIs, and growth.
• Own and grow the client pipeline, expanding existing relationships and pursuing new retained search engagements.
• Coach and develop search consultants, ensuring high-quality execution and client management.
• Lead senior-level retained searches from kickoff to placement with disciplined processes.
• Manage multiple searches with clear priorities and timely follow-up.
• Represent Gilman Partners in the manufacturing sector and professional networks.
