• Develop and oversee financial and accounting analyses and help identify, research, and analyze M&A and financing opportunities.
• Lead day-to-day project management and oversee execution on a range of advisory and financing transactions.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and publicly traded company financials to identify client solutions and opportunities.
• Develop and monitor complex financial models for corporate finance alternatives.
• Underwrite transaction evaluation, due diligence and execution; prepare marketing materials.
