Tevora is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow its Payments, SOC, and Federal Compliance practices in the United States. The role reports to the principal and drives strategy, delivery quality, and P&L across three service lines.

The candidate will set goals, manage KPIs, and build a scalable organization with a focus on revenue growth, quality delivery, and staff development. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Master’s Degree in a business discipline preferred.
• 10+ years working in cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance consulting firms.
• Experience leading multiple functional teams.
• 7+ years in a leadership position managing a team.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, growth, and profitability of Payments, SOC, and Federal Services.
• Lead revenue targets, utilization, margin, and headcount for each practice.
• Identify market trends and evolving regulatory requirements and adapt offerings.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop consultants, managers, and directors.
