Job summary

Fordham University seeks an Associate Director of Admissions for Working Professionals Programs to lead recruitment and admissions for the Professional MBA, Executive MBA, and DBA launch. The role partners with faculty, Career Services, and marketing to deliver a high-touch experience for executives.

The incumbent will manage pipeline, conversion, and yield targets, while developing distinct program strategies and ensuring timely, brand-aligned outreach and enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related fields.
• Strong ability to develop enrollment strategies grounded in data and stakeholder input.
• Proven track record of innovation in recruitment, partnerships, marketing, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develops recruitment and enrollment strategies with measurable pipeline, conversion, and yield goals.
• Leads MBA and EMBA admissions lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment with advising and reviews.
• Builds prospect pipelines through employer, alumni, and partner networks and events.
• Leads program-wide recruitment marketing with stakeholders and vendors.
• Owns program-specific email campaigns and candidate communications to boost engagement.
• Supports planning for DBA launch and aligns marketing and admissions activities.
• Delivers cross-functional projects with clear milestones and accountability.
• Ensures accurate CRM records and timely admissions workflows; analyzes performance data.
