Job summary

Choice Hotels International in North Bethesda, MD is seeking an Executive Marketing Assistant to provide high-level executive support to the CMO and senior marketing leadership while also guiding key marketing projects.

The role blends calendar management, travel coordination, and briefing material preparation with project oversight to ensure timely delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. Visa sponsorship is not available and the position is four days onsite hybrid.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or marketing operations.
• Experience supporting senior or C-level executives preferred.
• Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects in a corporate or marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for the CMO and up to three Vice Presidents.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, executive reviews, and board-level presentations.
• Lead project status meetings and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners.
