Job summary

You will cultivate relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and facility leadership, delivering clinical and reimbursement education tailored to customer needs and ensuring appropriate patients start and stay on therapy.

You will analyze market trends, develop quarterly business plans, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 3 years pharma/healthcare sales with neuroscience emphasis.
• 8+ years healthcare sales for senior/executive level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with LTC care team members.
• Deliver compliant clinical, disease state, and reimbursement education.
• Address questions and objections with advanced selling skills.
• Know customers, markets, and trends to inform business planning.
• Create quarterly territory plans to maximize reach within budget.
• Guide pricing, reimbursement, and profitability; liaise on access questions.
