Job summary
Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing facility, ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance and financial performance. The LNHA will oversee operations, staffing, patient outcomes, and census growth, with a focus on regulatory compliance, safety, and workforce engagement.

Qualifications
- Active LNHA license is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years SNF leadership experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day executive oversight of all facility operations.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care.
- Ensure staffing models align with census and budget targets.
- Promote accountability and engagement culture.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, state regulations, and OSHA/MiOSHA and manage risk and compliance reporting.
- Lead state and federal survey processes and oversee Plan of Correction execution.
- Monitor quality measures and Five-Star ratings with clinical leadership.
- Drive census growth through partnerships and outreach.
- Report operational and financial performance to RDO and execute corporate initiatives.
