Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain department leaders and staff.
• Foster a culture of resident-centered care and teamwork.
• Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and referral partners.

Education

Virginia LNHA license

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration / Nursing Home Administration / Business Administration
