Openkrill is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to streamline publishing, measurement, and automation for two brands: Darkroom and Shadow. You’ll ensure timely, on-brand posts, manage a clean CRM, and deliver actionable dashboards and reports for leadership.

The role requires remote work with teams in EST and hiring in Brazil, Portugal, or Spain, all conducted in English. You’ll own publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and podcast clips, maintain a run-of-show for

Formación

• 3+ years as hands-on marketing operations generalist (publishing, production tracking and reporting).
• Administrated HubSpot: properties, workflows, deduplication, lead sources and UTM tracking, dashboards.
• Know each social platform well and respond in brand voice.
• Sharp QA eye; no wrong link, tag or claim ships.
• Build dashboards that stakeholders trust and explain moves.
• Calm under volume with multiple dates moving.

Responsabilidades

• Publishing approved content across channels for both brands and adapting posts per platform.
• Podcast: publish episodes to platforms and YouTube, clip distribution.
• Launches: run of show for launches with sequencing and embargoes.
• Community management across comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Manage awards calendar, deadlines, materials, and entries.
• Production tracking & QA: intake, schedule, final copy/links/assets check.
• HubSpot hygiene: clean data, dedupe, accurate tracking.
• Inbound dashboard: single view of leads by source and channel.
• Reporting: weekly and monthly marketing performance.
• Systems: keep tools organized and automate steps with AI.
