A specialized consulting firm seeks a Legal Advisor (Executive Level) to provide legal advisory support to various leaders. Qualifications

• 6 Years of Experience in legal advisory.
• Juris Doctorate Degree or Equivalent mandatory.
• Achieved rank of O-5 in military or GS-14 in federal government or equivalent in private sector.
• 10+ Years of experience required.
• TS/TCI Clearance necessary.
• Experience with Department of State (DOS).
• Experience practicing law internationally or advising foreign governments.
• Experience living and/or working overseas.
• Experience engaging with senior government or military officials.
• Knowledge of international, constitutional, civil, or criminal legal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory support to leaders.
• Advise on legal frameworks and policy development.
• Draft and review legislation and agreements.
• Recommend legal courses of action.
• Support legal reform and capacity building.
• Engage with government stakeholders.
