Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a senior Talent Development leader to design, deliver, and continuously improve our executive development programs. You will own Executive Leader Orientation, design learning experiences and workshops, and coach senior leaders to drive succession and high-potential growth.

You will lead talent development, workforce pathing, and skills programs while partnering with senior leadership to align initiatives with organizational strategy and drive data-driven program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with seven years of progressively increasing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of talent development, talent planning, or workforce pathing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Eight years of experience in learning and development, coaching, and leadership development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of executive development strategy and programs.
• Own Executive Leader Orientation.
• Design and facilitate executive learning experiences, leadership sessions, workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings.
• Consult on individual development plans for executive successors and high-potential leaders.
• Provide executive coaching and lead talent development, talent planning, workforce pathing, and skills programs.
