Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Talent Management Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce pathing within the Talent Management team. You will design resources, build content for digital courses, analyze quarterly talent data, and collaborate with HR Partners to deliver cost-effective programs that align with Banner's strategic objectives and workforce needs.

The role supports a hybrid work model and partners closely with leadership to ensure programs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in learning and development, HR, or related fields.
• Knowledge of talent management principles, succession planning, and talent development processes.
• Strong communication, collaboration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive talent development, talent planning, and workforce pathing initiatives.
• Design resources and create content for digital training courses and materials.
• Update Workday hubs and coordinate with HR partners on program delivery and communications.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and stakeholder updates.
• Analyze talent data and dashboards to identify trends and inform program decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure resources and tools are current and accessible.
