Job summary

Banner Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to lead program execution and resource development across enterprise-wide talent initiatives. You will support succession planning, learning opportunities, and dashboard creation while partnering with HR leadership and operational leads.

Daily activities include designing resources for digital courses, updating Workday hubs, and maintaining SOPs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, HR or related field.
Two years of progressively increasing responsibility in learning and development, HR, or related fields.
Strong judgment and sensitivity to team member needs while balancing company goals.
Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills; attention to detail.
Proficient with office desktop applications, especially MS Office.

Responsibilities

Assesses organizational problems and proposes solutions using data and best practices.
Develops and maintains program SOPs and resources to support delivery.
Creates and manages project plans with milestones and status updates.
Manages changes with continuous improvement and supports change management.
Creates and executes communication plans and responds to team questions.
Collaborates across teams to deliver a cohesive talent management program.
Designs resources such as guides, PowerPoints, job aids, videos and eLearning.
