Job summary

Banner Health's Talent Management team is seeking a Senior Talent Management Consultant to advise senior leaders and HR Partners in designing and delivering executive development strategies. You will own Executive Leader Orientation, craft learning experiences, and coach executives to strengthen leadership bench across a large nonprofit health system.

The role requires strategic thinking with strong execution, experience with leadership development, workforce planning, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven years of progressively increasing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of talent development, talent planning, or workforce pathing.
• Excellent oral and written communication with partners/stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management, organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Adopts a proactive approach to lead through ambiguity and identify risks to Talent Management priorities.
• Aligns operations to strategy and maintains processes to ensure successful outcomes.
• Creates and manages project lifecycles with milestones, timelines, and deliverables; provides status reports to leadership.
