Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for retention and completion initiatives (advising, monitoring, first-year programs).
• Lead data reviews to identify trends, gaps, and equity opportunities in student success.
• Oversee Student Retention/Success committees and strategic plans.
• Develop and evaluate scalable plans for retention and completion strategies.
• Manage talent engagement for direct reports including hiring, mentoring and evaluations.
• Partner with instructional and student services leaders to advance learner-centered teaching and curricula.
