Job summary

Lehman College in New York City seeks an Assistant Vice President of Student Success Programs to lead the Division of Enrollment Management's broad portfolio of academic support and persistence initiatives. You will guide strategic planning, oversee SEEK, ACE, the Freshman Year Initiative, and related programs, and advance retention and degree completion through data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of related experience required.
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree preferred.
• Experience leading student success or enrollment management programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Office of Academic Standards and Evaluations, Instructional Student Support Services, SEEK, ACE, the Freshman Year Initiative, and TRIO programs.
• Foster data‑informed decision making to advance retention and graduation goals.
• Guide cross‑functional collaboration across departments to build comprehensive student success pathways.
• Oversee assessment, planning, and evaluation of programs and initiatives within the division.
