Job summary

• All executive positions require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and eight years' related experience.
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Division of Enrollment Management and associated programs.
• Oversee a broad portfolio of academic support, student success, college readiness, and persistence-focused initiatives.
• Lead assessment, planning, and continuous improvement across the division.
• Foster collaboration with academic departments and external partners to promote student access and success.
• Direct the hiring, training, and evaluation of freshman seminar faculty and coordinate with the English Department.
