Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 15+ years of water resources engineering experience.
• Virginia Professional Engineer license (multi-state preferred).
• Strong regulatory knowledge and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive leadership for Stormwater, Resilience, and Water Quality within the Mid-Atlantic Region, offering direction to ensure client deliverables meet standards.
• Lead large-scale, complex engineering projects with budgets, schedules, and supervising subcontractors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and QA/QC practices.
• Represent Stormwater/Resilience/Water Quality to external entities including agencies and clients.
• Mentor staff to support growth and drive business development.
