Job summary

SelectLeaders Client in Colorado is seeking an executive leader to oversee daily operations across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial assets. You will set policies, drive results, and collaborate with ownership on strategic plans and capital expenditures.

The role requires 8–10 years in property management, with strong experience in multifamily and commercial assets, and proficiency in enterprise PM platforms including Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Admin, Finance or related field.
• MBA or MS in Real Estate preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive property management experience, incl. 3–5 years in senior/director role.
• Experience managing both multifamily and commercial assets.
• Hands-on with enterprise property management platforms; Yardi Voyager expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of daily operations across the portfolio with high standards of quality and compliance.
• Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and service standards across the portfolio.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, NOI, expense ratios, renewals, and capital project completion.
