Job summary

Jrk Residential Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties. You will lead on-site teams to achieve operational and financial objectives set by asset management, while delivering exceptional service to residents, employees, and vendors.

With 10+ years in multifamily property management, you will mentor site managers, drive recruitment, monitor performance, and ensure accurate rent collection, reporting, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of management, leasing and maintenance professionals to meet regional NOI and occupancy goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor on-site staff across properties.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and terminate staff when necessary.
• Ensure rent collection, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed about market conditions and adjust leasing strategies.
