Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager, Multifamily in Los Angeles to maintain our communities to market-ready standards and guide a high-performing on-site team. You will oversee maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and vendor contracts while delivering exceptional service to residents and prospects to boost renewals and revenue.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in property management, strong leadership, and a real estate license or bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and vendor contracts.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to drive renewals and revenue.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing on-site team including leasing, maintenance, and management staff.
• Develop marketing programs and analyze competition to maximize revenue.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and staff are coached.
• Assist with budget, forecasting, and financial reporting.
