Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic direction for the Corporate Studio portfolio, building regional leadership and refining operating rhythms. This role will drive long-term growth, coaching excellence, and a standard of operational discipline across the network.

You will own portfolio-wide P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability while partnering with Marketing, Finance, Brand, Product, Fitness, Learning & Development, Operations, and Executive Leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience
• 5+ years leading leaders in a regional, divisional, or senior operational role
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial management experience
• Proven success leading multi-unit organizations through growth, operational improvement, or business transformation
• Demonstrated ability to improve performance through operational discipline, leadership development, and execution
• Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and influence skills
• Ability to travel regularly across assigned markets
• Preferred: Boutique fitness or health and wellness industry experience
• Preferred: Experience within a franchise system
• Preferred: Experience leading both operations and fitness/performance functions
• Preferred: Experience launching new products, pilots, or strategic initiatives
• Preferred: Experience leading performance improvement, business integration, or organizational change initiatives across multi-unit businesses
• Preferred: MBA or advanced business education

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Corporate Studio portfolio
• Lead and develop Regional Directors and studio leadership teams
• Refine operating rhythms, scorecards, and performance management processes
• Lead portfolio-wide performance improvement initiatives
• Establish action plans for underperforming markets and studios
• Drive change management efforts supporting business transformation and long-term growth
• Own portfolio-wide P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
• Drive membership growth, retention, revenue expansion, sales execution, conversion, and member lifecycle management
• Optimize labor, payroll, and operating expenses while maintaining service standards
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Brand, Product, Fitness, Learning & Development, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams
• Establish Corporate Studios as a benchmark for coaching quality
• Develop Head Coaches, Fitness Leaders, and coaching talent pipelines
• Ensure consistent execution of Orangetheory workout experience and fitness standards
• Drive coach recruitment, retention, performance management, and succession planning
• Champion exceptional member experience and lead retention and engagement strategies
• Test and scale new initiatives, support pilots and innovation programs, and develop best-practice playbooks
• Build high-performing teams and leadership pipelines
• Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and results
